"I got a bonny wee ishie;

"O where did she catch the fishie,

"She catch'd it in the gutter-hold,

"And what wdid she do wi' the fishie,

My little wee croodlin' doo?" –

"She boil'd it in a brass pan;

"And what did ye do wi' the banes o't,

"I gied them to my little dog;

"And what did your little doggie do,
